Quantum Brewing strives to serve San Diego with premium craft beer brewed in our 1800 sq ft Kearny Mesa facility. In our tap room, we pour 12 flavorful brews covering a broad range of styles to delight even the pickiest palate. Open 7 days a week at noon, we are conveniently located off Highway 163 and situated next to several fine eateries. Ask your beer tender for a menu or bring your own food. Feel free to bring your canine friend along.
What's on Tap?
Project 66 is our hazy IPA. We use a New England yeast with a fruity profile along with a blend of hops with tropical characters including SIMCOE, Equanot, and Loral. This hazy IPA comes with a good punch balanced with refreshing fruity aromas and flavors. 6.6% ABV, 66 IBU.
Quantum Creamin’ is our Cream Ale. With 5% ABV it is refreshing and easy to drink on a hot summer day.
Brett Constant is a Brettanomyces aged Pale Ale. We aged our Pale’s Constant (Pale Ale) in a French Oak Tequila Barrel with a Brettanomyces yeast. Six months of aging process resulted in a smooth floral Pale Ale with hints of spices and a Scotch finish. We brewed this limited edition in the spirit of our 5th Anniversary.
Cyano Cream Ale
Cyano Cream Ale is our blueberry cream ale. This is our most recent addition. Come and enjoy this nice crisp light beer.
Final Gravity is our Russian Imperial Stout. With over 9% ABV, this stout has character. Loaded with chocolate malt and roasted barley it has a dark chocolate and barleywine-like flavors. 9.0-9.5% ABV, 54 IBU
Boron Brown is our English Brown Ale that has a pleasant flavor, featuring notes of smooth caramel and hints of coffee. 5.0-5.5% ABV, 17 IBU
Singularity Stout is our silky-smooth Irish Oatmeal Stout poured on nitro. For those who love the creamy feel or the small nitrogen bubbles. It has rich notes of coffee and chocolate with hints of vanilla. 5.5-6.0% ABV, 20 IBU
Fissile Material is an American IPA, West Coast style, with a refreshing grapefruit finish. 7.25-7.75% ABV, 97 IBU
Chain Reaction is our session IPA. It is mild with less than 5% alcohol by volume while exhibiting a pungent citrusy zing finish. 4.25-4.75% ABV, 41 IBU
