Project 66 is our hazy IPA. We use a New England yeast with a fruity profile along with a blend of hops with tropical characters including SIMCOE, Equanot, and Loral. This hazy IPA comes with a good punch balanced with refreshing fruity aromas and flavors. 6.6% ABV, 66 IBU.
Quantum Creamin’
Quantum Creamin’ is our Cream Ale. With 5% ABV it is refreshing and easy to drink on a hot summer day.
White Dwarf
White Dwarf is our newest addition. We brewed this Belgium White Ale with orange peels, ginger and coriander. It is refreshing and smooth. Enjoy on a hot summer day.
Red Velvet Cake Project

Red Velvet Cake Project is our Holiday seasonal beer. Our newest addition to the lineup looks as festive as the dessert itself! It has an intense aroma of the delicious holiday treat and deliver its typical rich, sweet flavor (6.6%, 0 IBU).
pH 3.0 Belgium Brown Sour
New Limited
Our pH 3.0 Belgium Brown Sour is our latest barrel aged ale. We soured our Irish Brown Ale (Boron Brown) into a Jamaican rum barrel along with a Belgium sour mix culture. The aging process resulted into a complex tart roasted malt flavor with a clean finish. 6.2 % ABV
Quantum Quad
New Limited
Quantum Quad is our Belgium-style Trappist Quadrupel. An amber with flavors of caramel, dark sugar with a malty sweet plum finish. It scores a 10.5% ABV punch! With only 15 IBU, it goes down easy, savor with moderation.
SD Summer Solstice
SD Summer Solstice is our Blonde Ale. Packed with moderate amount of Centennial hops, It has a refreshing citrus aroma. Great for a sunny San Diego day.
Blueberry π
Blueberry π is our blueberry cream ale. With a deep blue color and flavor reminiscent of blueberry pie, This fruity beer is refreshing and will quench your thirst on a hot summer day. 5% ABV, 18 IBU.
Final Gravity
Final Gravity is our Russian Imperial Stout. With over 9% ABV, this stout has character. Loaded with chocolate malt and roasted barley it has a dark chocolate and barleywine-like flavors. 9.0-9.5% ABV, 54 IBU
Project Seltzer
Project Seltzer is an hybrid hard seltzer. A low calorie option for beer enthusiasts. This is our most recent creation. We use a combination of malt, highly fermentable candy syrup and the San Diego Super yeast for making this low calorie option. There is still a perceivable malt body and citrussy notes making this a great summer beverage without compromising the alcohol content. 6.6 % ABV, 0 IBU.
