Red Velvet Cake Project is our Holiday seasonal beer. Our newest addition to the lineup looks as festive as the dessert itself! It has an intense aroma of the delicious holiday treat and deliver its typical rich, sweet flavor (6.6%, 0 IBU).

Project Seltzer is an hybrid hard seltzer. A low calorie option for beer enthusiasts. This is our most recent creation. We use a combination of malt, highly fermentable candy syrup and the San Diego Super yeast for making this low calorie option. There is still a perceivable malt body and citrussy notes making this a great summer beverage without compromising the alcohol content. 6.6 % ABV, 0 IBU.

Tiramisu Brown is our Boron Brown Ale enhanced with cappuccino extracts to amplify the coffee and tiramisu flavors. 5.0-5.5% ABV, 17 IBU

Planck’s Peppers is our Pale Ale spiked with habañero peppers. We throw in just the right amount of peppers to give it a unique flavor, perking up tastebuds while not annihilating them with heat. 7.0-7.5% ABV, 23 IBU

Solar Flare is our aromatic blood orange Bavarian wheat ale. It is one of our most coveted beers, appreciated by all craft beer enthusiasts and those in the early stages of exploring what the craft beer industry has to offer. 5.5-6.0% ABV, 12 IBU
