Our pH 3.0 Belgium Brown Sour is our latest barrel aged ale. We soured our Irish Brown Ale (Boron Brown) into a Jamaican rum barrel along with a Belgium sour mix culture. The aging process resulted into a complex tart roasted malt flavor with a clean finish. 7.8 % ABV

Quantum Quad is our Belgium-style Trappist Quadrupel.  An amber with flavors of caramel, dark sugar with a malty sweet plum finish.  It scores a 10.5% ABV punch!  With only 15 IBU, it goes down easy, savor with moderation.
